                                          RETURN EXCEPTIONS

 

Any item may be exchanged for store credit or exchanged for a different item of the same value. All items shall be returned in the same condition received, unused,  buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or doesn't like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow a return but must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Please read our policy. Eighty percent of my daughters clothing have never been worn and may not have tags but are in excellent condition. All items are inspected by our quality assurance department prior to shipping. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted. You have 14 days from the time you are in receipt of your item to notify us of your return.Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and will receive a store credit or exchange for the balance or an exchange for another item of equal value.

In order to accomodate the 3-5 day window orders have to be processed immediately. Customers must e-mail us (mydaughtersclosetaz@gmail.com) that same day to cancel and a full refund will be applied to the method used on the original purchase.
